Job Summary:

The ideal Quality and Risk Administrative Assistant will provide vital support to our Quality and Risk team by managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations. This role requires strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, discretion, and technological proficiency. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Track Risk Management and Quality Improvement projects across the facility, including quality council, policies and procedures, safety committee, departmental monitors, board monitors, and data reporting.
  • Prepare, compile, and distribute materials for meetings, as well as record and maintain meeting minutes.
  • Manage department records in compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
  • Assist in coordinating training activities to ensure staff compliance with regulatory agencies.
  • Support the coordination and execution of Risk Management programs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare or risk management setting.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong technological proficiency and comfort using various administrative tools.
  • Must pass Employee Health Requirements as per facility policies.
