Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (flexible). One weekend day per month if needed, with a weekday flex day provided.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in a premier healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will work in a dynamic environment, providing high-quality care to patients across varied age groups. This position requires collaboration with a skilled team to support patient rehabilitation and recovery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement occupational therapy interventions to enhance patients’ daily functioning.
• Collaborate with medical staff and other healthcare professionals.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and families about the therapeutic process and home exercise programs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1-2 years of acute care experience is required.
• Current occupational therapy license in the state of New Mexico.
