As a Prep Cook/Line Cook at Icebox - FARMesilla, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing and organizing ingredients for daily service. - Assisting with cooking and plating dishes according to our recipes and standards. - Maintaining a clean and organized workstation at all times. - Following food safety protocols and upholding high standards of hygiene. - Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and consistent food preparation.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of experience in restaurant prep and/or cooking. - A current food handler’s permit (required). - A solid understanding of basic knife skills and cooking fundamentals. - The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
