Call Center Representative
Department: Customer Support
Reports To: Call Center Supervisor
Job Summary: The major purpose of the call center representative is to handle inbound calls for the company. We are seeking a full-time employee who is detail oriented, motivated to support patient’s needs, able to speak clearly and understandably, and willing to learn.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Answers telephone calls promptly.
Addresses the caller’s concern.
Schedules, reschedules and cancels appointments as necessary.
Directs calls to appropriate personnel.
Professionally handle a high volume of incoming calls.
Ability to utilize and navigate systems.
Maintains composure when dealing with difficult patients or situations.
Follows all HIPPA requirements in order to maintain patient privacy.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
One year of experience in customer service preferred.
