Job Duties and Responsibilities: The Administrative Assistant, Senior provides administrative, operational, and coordination support to the Office of the Provost while also supporting shared governance operations, including the Faculty Senate and Faculty Grievance Review Board. This position manages high-volume administrative workflows, coordinates institutional meetings and elections, maintains compliance documentation and rosters, and supports international travel, facilities, and operational processes across Academic Affairs. The role requires exceptional organization, discretion, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Education and Experience:
High School diploma + 4 years of relevant experience or an Associate's Degree + 2 years of relevant experience.
