Senior Director, Physician Services

Position Overview

Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Director of Physician Services to lead and oversee physician practice operations in Las Cruces, New Mexico. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, improving provider performance, and ensuring high-quality patient care across multiple physician practice locations.

The Senior Director will work closely with executive leadership, physicians, and administrative teams to enhance clinical operations, optimize workflows, and support organizational growth initiatives. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from approximately $130,000 to $170,000 annually based on experience and the opportunity to make a significant impact within a growing healthcare system.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, along with completion of a program in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience managing physician practices.
• Ability to reside in or relocate to the Las Cruces, New Mexico area within 45 days of hire.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the service area (typically less than 50 miles).

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to relocate within 30 days preferred.
• Strong leadership, operational, and physician engagement experience within a multi-site practice environment.
