Compensation & Benefits:

• Paid training salary during training and onboarding

• Base Pay, Bonuses, and Commissions

• First year earning potential: $50k-$85k-top producers exceeding 6 figures

• Christmas & Vacation Bonuses (~$1,700 each)

Your responsibilities:

• Build rapport with customers

• Dive deeper and counsel customer's wants and needs

• Guide them through the Award Winning vehicle buying experience

• Demonstrate Kia’s technology forward features

• Leverage social media and other platforms to self market

• Provide exceptional customer service

• Consistently develop product knowledge and sales skills
