Launch your automotive career and start strong at the new Giles Kia! As our team is expanding with growing operations, we are looking to support our amazing sales team with an individual who is outgoing, highly motivated, professional, and ready to build an exciting career.

What’s In It For You

-Competitive Pay with Peace of Mind: Salary during your training program, then base pay with a strong commission and bonus structure. Income guarantees are in place for your peace of mind.

-Bonus Opportunity: As you sell cars you earn money towards an annual Christmas AND Vacation bonus with an average of $1,700 each!

-Company Demo: Maintain a 15 sales per month average for 90 days and earn a company vehicle for daily use (Must be at least 25 years old and employed with us for 12 months to qualify)

-Training and Growth: Structured 8-week training program with outstanding coaching and clear path to success. Many Associates earn 6 figures and advance into leadership roles in 2-3 years.

Your Responsibilities

-Welcome and greet guests cheerfully and inquire about their needs and preferences

-Match them to our award-winning products by demonstration and test driving

-Present price options and confidently ask for the customer’s business

-Demonstrate features and answer questions while showing customers how to utilize their new vehicles

-Build and maintain customer relationships through calls, emails, and texting

- Attend any and all meetings and continuous trainings
