Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical

Position Overview

Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical to join a healthcare team in Las Cruces, New Mexico. In this role, you will provide direct patient care to individuals with a wide range of medical conditions while supporting treatment plans and ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.

This position offers competitive compensation ranging from approximately $74,000 to $100,000 annually based on experience and provides an excellent opportunity for nurses looking to grow their clinical skills in a dynamic Med-Surg environment.

Required Qualifications

• Active New Mexico Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (American Heart Association).
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certifications required within six (6) months of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of Medical-Surgical nursing experience.
• Minimum of one (1) year of general nursing experience.
